Scope of Policy
This policy outlines the checking warranty, exchange, and refund terms for mobile spare parts (LCD screens, touch glass, batteries, flex cables) and mobile accessories sold by Khan Jee Communication.

Checking Warranty for Mobile Spare Parts
Electronic repair parts such as LCD screens and touch digitizers carry a standard 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery/purchase. This allows technicians to test functionality prior to permanent installation.

Stamp and Protective Film Requirement
The checking warranty is strictly valid ONLY if the original vendor warranty stamp, logo sticker, and front/back protective film seals remain intact and untorn.

Transit Damage Reporting Window
Customers receiving nationwide shipments must inspect parcels upon arrival. Physical damage suffered during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (03268260988) with unboxing video/photo proof.

Mobile Accessories Warranty
Mobile accessories (chargers, cables, handsfree headsets) carry a 7-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Accessories damaged by power surges, water exposure, or physical breakage are non-refundable.

Exchange Procedure
Defective parts meeting all warranty conditions will be replaced with an identical working unit. If the required part is out of stock, store credit or a financial refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs for Returns
For warranty exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Karachi shop. If the defect is verified as a valid warranty issue, Khan Jee Communication will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement.

Refund Settlement Method
Approved monetary refunds are processed within 48 hours via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or online bank transfer following physical inspection of the returned part at our Karachi store.

Finality of Inspection
All returned parts undergo technical inspection by our head technician at Shop №5, Geo Mobile Mall, Karachi. The decision of our technical team regarding warranty eligibility is final.
