Agreement to Terms
By purchasing mobile parts or accessories, placing orders online/over the phone, or engaging in wholesale transactions with Khan Jee Communication, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Product Description and Scope
We sell wholesale and retail mobile phone spare parts (LCD screens, touch glasses, batteries, flex cables, housing bodies) and accessories. Technical compatibility rests on the specifications provided by the buyer.
Pricing & Market Fluctuations
Prices for mobile spare parts are quoted in PKR and are subject to market adjustments due to currency fluctuations and stock availability. Rates confirmed at order booking will be honored.
Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), in-store cash, bank transfers, and digital wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Wholesale bulk orders may require advance partial/full payment prior to dispatch.
Professional Installation Disclaimer
Mobile spare parts are delicate components intended for installation by qualified mobile repair technicians. Khan Jee Communication is not liable for device damage caused by improper or uncertified installation.
Wholesale & Bulk Order Terms
Wholesale buyers receive special trade pricing subject to minimum order quantities. Custom wholesale quotes remain valid for 48 hours from issuance.
Intellectual Property
All brand names, product photography, logos, and promotional graphics associated with Khan Jee Communication remain our property and cannot be reproduced without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Khan Jee Communication is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of phone data or secondary hardware failure) resulting from part usage or installation.
Customer & Business Conduct
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language, fraud, or intentional warranty tampering. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service to non-compliant accounts.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to resolution under local commercial rules in Karachi.
Modification of Terms
Khan Jee Communication reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication or posting.
